This Maribyrnong bathroom celebrates character and personality through bold pattern, warm texture and a playful mix of old and new. The striking black-and-white checkerboard floor instantly sets a nostalgic tone, echoed by glossy subway tiles and classic white cabinetry. A curved basin and matte black tapware introduce a contemporary contrast, balanced by woven pendant shades that soften the space with natural warmth. Art takes centre stage here, with a vibrant framed print injecting colour and soul—transforming the vanity wall into a gallery moment. High ceilings, original window details and a clean, all-white envelope keep the room feeling bright and uplifting, while the frameless shower maintains openness in the long, narrow layout. The finished space feels curated and lived-in, effortlessly blending vintage charm with modern refinement for a bathroom that’s full of personality and everyday joy.

"Doing a full bathroom renovation with the Bespoke team was a surprisingly seamless experience. It’s still early days, so time will tell how everything holds up — but the finishes look great, and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. The real highlight was the crew. Every tradesperson involved was lovely, respectful, and professional — always on time, cleaning up after themselves, and taking obvious pride in their work. Their coordination and attitude speak volumes about Ben’s and Baxter’s leadership and the credibility of his team. Loved working with you guys, and already looking forward to the ensuite renovation next year!"
